BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Applicants registering for a session must be over the age of 18 years old.
After you book your appointment, a booking confirmation screen will appear. All non-members and family members of current students must fill out the “Trial Form and Waiver” mandatory for all participants before their scheduled session.
Please make sure your email and phone number are correct as we will be sending you a confirmation and reminder before your scheduled session.
If you are already a member please log into your Student account to book your session.
SESSION TYPES AND GUIDELINES
FREE TRIALS: Please fill out the information for the participant. If there are more participants please try to put all names in the “Full Name” option. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
COMMUNITY CLASS: Community class is for Non-members only and who are unable to afford regularly scheduled sessions. Participants must book at least 1 day before the scheduled session, booking option will be closed the night before. We will not accept any drop-in requests or same-day bookings. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
1-on-1 Private Session: These sessions are for members with a fully active membership. Students will be allowed to train with one of our main instructors. You may select an instructor by leaving by either emailing or calling us after they have booked their spot. A parent or guardian is encouraged to stay throughout the duration of the trial. The student may be allowed to have a recording device present for studying purposes only unless stated otherwise by the instructor.
OPEN MAT: This session is for members with a fully active membership. Students will be allowed to train with family members. Students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Students participating in this class should note that this will not be an instructional class but a self-practice session. Students can practice their skills, curriculum, or personal exercises. Permission must be granted for the use of training equipment such as targets, kicking bags, or other exercise tools. Sparring or contact training is not permitted. A staff member will be present on-site for monitoring purposes only. Participants must book at least 1 day before the scheduled session, booking option will be closed the night before. We will not accept any drop-in requests or same-day bookings. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

RULES, POLICY, and FACILITY PROTOCOLS:
We encourage Participants to maintain a safe training distance from other participants and teammates as best as possible.
Participants will not use physical contact with fellow students / other participants.
