Tots Training

(4-7 Years old)

This program is designed to encourage confidence and discipline as well as overall character development. A typical class will focus on drills that assist on improving basic motor skills, such as balance and coordination, through fun martial art routines.

 

Junior training

(7+ Years old)

With our busy schedules it’s difficult to remind our kids to encourage self improvement. Our program assists students to develop skills needed to focus and persevere toward their goal, as well as guiding them to a lifestyle where physical fitness is a priority.

 

Teen/ Adult Traditional Martial Arts training

(13+ Years old)

Perfect class for teens and adults up to any age who are looking to finally step on to the mat and start their martial arts journey. Experienced students can look forward to enhancing their skills and lifestyle even further through a more mature and balanced form of traditional style of training.

 

 

1-on-1 private lessons

(All Ages)

Private lessons are perfect for students who are looking for extra guidance or assistance outside of their regular training schedule. They can be scheduled for times that best suit you!
